Shipping

Telesin.nl offers free shipping for orders of €50 or more. All orders are processed and shipped from Telesin distribution warehouse in the Netherlands within 24 business hours. We ship to Dutch addresses. If you are outside the Netherlands, please select your shipping country here.

 

Packages not picked up
If you are unable to collect your delivery as agreed, we will charge the original shipping costs. The costs will be deducted from your refund.


Returns
We offer the possibility to return products ordered from us via telesin.nl. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return unused items and get a refund. Please note, it is currently not possible to exchange items, unless the items are defective or the wrong items have been delivered. If you want other accessories, you will have to place a new order.
